Postage is calculated at time of purchase and will be in addition to your purchased items. At this time we can only support shipping to UK addresses. We aim to post all items within 3 working days of purchasing.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, this policy outlines your rights and how to return an item.
28-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item for a refund. After informing us, you must return the item without undue delay.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a deduction to reflect any loss in value.
Please note: This policy applies to change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights remain unaffected in cases where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Return Postage Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and
Using the original payment method.
We will refund the price paid for the item(s) and any standard delivery cost originally charged. Enhanced delivery options (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the return for the refund to appear.
